Hi Elizabeth, thanks for your post on my blog. Yes, our baby is in Nam Dinh. The orphanage is basically a shack. My agency is trying to raise money to build a better facility but in the meantime, there are 6 babies to a hammock, they have no cribs. As you can imagine, I desperate to go get her out of there.
I hope your referral is getting worked out and that you get good news regarding your I-600 soon.
