Adoption Timeline:
01/19/07: Sent Schmoops passport in to be renewed.
02/21/07: Decided on adoption agency. Sent my passport in for renewal.
02/23/07: Application to agency and hired social worker (SW) for homestudy.
02/26/07: Mailed I-600a to USCIS (INS)
02/27/07: My doctor's visit for homestudy paperwork.
02/28/07: SW home visit.
03/02/07: My new passport arrived.
03/05/07: Mailed contract to agency.
03/07/07: Received documents/dossier requirements package from our agency.
03/08/07: Received I-600A receipt from USCIS.
03/09/07: Received Schmoops Passport & completed Home Study.
03/14/07: Mailed Home Study to USCIS
03/22/07: Received Fingerprint Appointment Letter
03/23/07: Schmoops Fingerprinted
03/28/07: I'm Fingerprinted - Schmoops Rejected
04/03/07: Schmoops Re-Fingerprinted
04/04/07: My Medical for Dossier
04/06/07: Schmoopy's Medical for Dossier
05/04/07: Received 171-H
05/07/07: Secretary of State Dossier Approvals - Dossier sent to our agency for review.
05/11/07: Dossier sent to Vietnam Consulate in San Francisco
05/21/07: Dossier back from Consulate
05/25/07: Dossier to Vietnam
08/29/07: Matched with baby - referral being processed.
11/01/07: Referral!-
